Thematic Concept: Identity and Imagination

“Art Alive” encourages children to think about their environment and how they interact with it. Throughout the duration of the week, the children will engage in an interactive experience that makes photos come alive and allows for children to visualize imaginative versions of themselves and their surroundings through simple stop motion animation techniques.

Final Project: The kids will have completed a 6 frame stop motion animation project of themselves moving across a collaged photograph representing their environment.
