Shepherd's Play
Wednesday, December 14th 6:30pm

All are welcome to ring in the holidays and enjoy our faculty and staff as they perform one night only in a production of, "A Shepherd's Play", a Christmas folktale.  This traditional play is performed at Waldorf Schools worldwide.  It is a festive family event!

Meet the Alumni Night
Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 7pm - 8:30pm

Join us in welcoming back our Alumni who have offered to lend their voices to the ongoing conversation about education and school choice.  Given all the recent press about the benefits of a Waldorf education, come and hear first hand of how a foundation in Waldorf influenced and informed these young adults' life choices.  Bring your curiosity and questions to this engaging exchange. Winter Fundraiser with Marcus the Magician
Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 6:00pm

Enjoy an early evening family event full of fun, laughter and surprises for all ages.  Marcus the Magician and his band of prestidigitators will perform a visual high-energy show using comedy and assistance from the audience.
Proceeds go toward our new gym floor - fundraising goal of $25,000.

Special treats and refreshments available for purchase

Early Childhood Visiting Days
Experience a mini-version of a typical day in an early childhood classroom.  Join one of our teachers in one of the early childhood rooms to participate in free play, a song circle, hear a story and share a healthy snack. This is one of the best ways to get to know our program, speak with the teacher in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Fall Family Fun Fest
Saturday, September 24th at 5pm

Join us for a brilliant evening of fun and food for the entire family.  Spaghetti dinner provided by one of our parents, Jim Murray, of Holiday Faire turkey sandwich fame, begins at 5pm and the entertainment starts at 6pm.  Five extraordinary entertainers will delight you and your family with juggling, miming, music and master storytelling!  Proceeds go toward our new gym floor - fundraising goal of $25,000.
Food may be purchased as a dinner or ala carte.

Screening of documentary, "Race to Nowhere"
Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 7pm

This provocative film shines a light on the high-pressure achievement culture that has invaded our national schools and our children's lives.  Is this the best model we can offer to our children to prepare them for the future?  Has meaningful teaching and engaged learning been overshadowed by high-stakes testing? Come and see for yourself and take part in a meaningful discussion lead by our esteemed teachers.
